Hi Andreas,
I could not reproduce this error so far... and we should fix the cause of it.
with what configuration do you get this error? Can you please provide
a bit more information when/how it fails?
And are you also using the latest master (or dev). If not, what
version do you have?
Nevertheless I patched it as you suggested as this should be #ifdef-ed anyway...
