I'm using Ubuntu 11.04, 32-bit, and I did a clean install from Git today.

When I try to do "apt-get install jsbsim" it comes back with the "can't find the package" message..?

Hello,

First of all, what OS are you using? And are you using the latest
master from github?

For Linux, check:
http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Simulation#JSBSim
(also a link to the OS X instructions)
No need to deal with the makefile section anymore.

The Microjet example airframe should be working without any sort of
changes after you install jsbsim.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
-Stephen

Hello everybody...

A couple quick new-guy questions about interfacing JSBSim with the Paparazzi
simulator...

What repository do I need for the jsbsim package (apt-get install jsbsim)?
I've got JSBSim installed from the CVS, but I'm not to keen on setting up
the <makefile> section in the airframe, if I can avoid it.

Also, when I try to compile jsbsim target for the Microjet example airframe
(microjet_example.xml, et al), I get a compile error:
"...sw/simulator/sim_ac_jsbsim.c:34:23: fatal error: FGFDMExec.h: No such
file or directory". I'm assuming this is related to the lack of the flags
in the airframe file, and installing from the repository instead of the CVS
would eliminate the problem?

Thanks!

Regards,
~Luke
