Hi Todd, nice find.

It seems that in API mode, the WiFi xbee "Serial Service" can be told
to use UDP or TCP for a particular frame (TX frame, offset 13; RX
frame, offset 12).

Could this be a basis for simple 2-level QOS? if time-critical
messages were sent via UDP (and the rest sent via TCP), and UDP
messages "pushed in front of" messages transported via TCP... perhaps
this would allow more responsive telecommand over the data link? Just
an idea.
