Hi Chris,

The orange one is the power led, so it's on as soon as the board has power.
The red one is the sys_time led, so it should blink with 1Hz.

>From the top of my head the blue one doesn't indicate anything so far
(in the master branch).
The dev branch contains some fixes and improvements for the leds, you
can configure what the leds should indicate.
E.g. gps fix, ahrs aligner lock, radio control status, etc.... but the
orange led is always the power led.
