If you are using the ATmega PPM Encoder Board you need the JR1 Jumper in place to power the receiver:

When the autopilot is powered, the PPM encoder gets that power but it is not transmitted to the receiver (i.e. multimeter reads zero voltage coming out from the output voltage pins from the PPM to the receiver).

Could anybody give us any hint to fix this?
