For aspirin I would recommend to not set the GYRO_SENS and let it use the defaults (4.359).

with int_cmpl_quat that should not happen, which ahrs algorithm were you using?

but the problem is when the plane is inverted and turn to upright again, the PFD screen is hard to recover to its original position, it recover to upright position pretty slow .

have you  faced this problem? any advice to solve it?
