Thank you for the reply Gareth.

Yes I just checked the UDEV rules and they are the same in both computers.
I tried to set the ATTRS{serial} but it did not help.
I went over the packages installed to see if someone is missing but it looks 
fine.
I really don´t get why it´s not working.

Did you copy the UDEV rules over?
It may be a permissions problem.
