[Paparazzi-devel] Altitude infomation

Hi,
i use the multirotor software and can not understand the altitude 
information given in the ground station software.
After a 3d fix  i  read  /Target +118 m  Alt 192m/74m The GPS altitude  
is 31.. 37m   The in32Baro_qfe is correct  101103 heto pascal  the hmsl0 
is 74m the alt0 is 118,7m
What is wrong? Have i forgotten  to initialize  something? How to do this?
Without a GPS fix the altitude values in the ground station messages are 0m.
