If you don't mind doing a little work to set it up then the ESC32 might do the job. The upper limit very much depends on how well you cool them.

As stated in their user manual: "The upper limit is probably upwards of 50A, but that will require extremely good cooling. The factory default for the current limiter in the firmware is 20A continuously. Going beyond that limit will require attention to proper cooling and temperature of the ESC."

I will be testing them in a few weeks, though not at > 20A.

Well, i am using Wii-ESC code with hobbyking blue series 40amp ESC.
I use complementary PWM and it work much better than simon_k code that not have this feature.

I am working to make a i2c module to use with wii-esc.
