This might sound funny but while i was searching for a reasonably priced 2.4 ghz power amplifier i came to the conclusion that nothing prohibits a say 5w wif amplifier to be used as an analog video power amplifier except from the much needed added cooling and respect to maximum rf input. 
Has anyone tried this in the past?
