Hi Eduardo,

You normally make a new "feature" branch based on current master and commit all the changes you want in the pull request there.

There is no filter, that is basically done beforehand by creating a branch with only the changes you want pulled.
Also the pull requests get updated if you add new commits to the branch you requested the pull from.
