when you get an error can you please also post the actual error? That makes it much easier...

When i set the makefile to st-link a error occurs.
Perhaps the installing process of the st-link is not in order.
Its generates a error message it i use the upload button on the paparazzi  ground station
The  programming over the mini usb is running.
