You can use a ppm encoder board ( which generates a ppm signal from the pwm output of the receiver.

There are lots of chinese versions on hobbyking, ebay, ablibaba e.g. available.

Which receiver are you using ? Maybe there is already a internal ppm signal. (without any output pin, but you can solder a connection).
