Thank you this should do the trick. I do think that a couple of dedicated tools for distance and area measurement would still be a nice addition but I understand that this is not a priority.

If you click on it and change in order to select one of your waypoint, you'll have the bearing and distance from this point at the location of the mouse pointer on the map (instead of the WGS84 lat/long coordinates).

What would it take to add a measurement tool to the GCS? I often struggle to estimate how far my waypoints are from each other or the distance to some objects.

Or is it better to use mavlink and an existing GCS with preexisting measurement tools?
