Hello,

If the telemetry is gone, GCS waits for 5 seconds and then stops sending telecommands.

If the telemetry does not work, then we can not know whether the telecommand is arrived to the plane or not. Therefore, it may be useful to stop sending telecommands. But in some cases, it may be good to send a telecommand to plane, althoug there is no telemetry.

We are using Xbee868 pro. We decreased the power of XBee at the plane to 25mW, and the power of Xbee at GCS is 300mW. If the plane goes far, then the telemetry messages will not arrive to GCS. However, we want to continue sending telecommands to the plane, although we can not get telemetry.

Why is it implemented like this?  How can we modify it, in order to send a telecommand without getting telemetry?

We are using v5_0.

Cheers,

Refik
