Log message:
        * the entry names for id, code and name in the searching block are 
hardcoded
        to idEntry, codeEntry and nameEntry. this allows us to simplify the
        selecting forms.
        * tiggers names unique-fied.
        * the fields are emptied if there's no id. that means that if the parent
        table has no value in the foreign key field, no values are displayed.
