1. pgbuttongroup.h

Is the only header file _not_ being installed to .../include/paragui
By design or by mistake?

1b.

Are all the headers in .../include/paragui really necessary (part of 
the API)?

If there are 'internal' headers, might be better to place them under 
'src/', 'include/internal/' or something (and not copy to the install 
directory)?

Reason: people look at .../include for how to use the library. The less 
(and more relevant) files, the better. :)
