Okay, I'll try to adopt the Dev-C++ project and see how it goes.

On Visual C++ (6.0), the problem is that it's -AFIK- unable to use 
DevCpp/MinGW compiled C++ libraries. This effectively eliminates it 
from being usable with ParaGUI then. I'll think of something.. Thanks.
