[Phpgroupware-developers] Adding a sub-directory to phpgwapi.

Hi all
I need to add a debian sub-direcotry to phpgwapi, to compleete my work.
Since it seems i've not the right to do it, i'm id like some one to do it for
me.

The directory is in attachment (tar.gz).
