Before I comment on this I will admit that it looks like I was wrong on
this one.  But better safe than sorry.

Yes, I saw this content too.  But i searched the archives for any
contact from this company and found none.  I also could find no direct
reference to phpGroupware or their product being open source.  No one
was aware of what modules they had been working on.  Also the per server
license did seem a bit suspicous.

It now appears that after our contact with them that they will be
contributing to the project.

I did discuss my actions on this matter with several active members of
the phpGroupWare team before taking any action.
