Sorry, but my english is bad too.

We are looking an application via Web, for management projects. Looking on 
Google we find three, collabtive, phpGroupware, CetriQs, all open source.

You tell me phpgroupware is a pretty dead project.  What application web-based, 
recommend for the management and administration of projects.

phpgroupware is a pretty dead project now. Anyway, if you still want to
use it, we may be able to help you install it. But please speak in
english
here, my spanish is near zero !
