.14RC2 Shows 1-15 of 36 mail summaries but the "page
forward/goto last page" arrows do not work

Also, I get 
Call to undefined function: login() in
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.send.inc.php
on line 119

when I Accept or Reject a meeting on the Calendar set
by someone else
Checking the file class.send.inc.php it turns out it's
the case: there's a login('Sent') but it's not defined
anywhere!
