I have noticed that when I set my timezone to +10 The 
mini calendar displays days 1 day ahead ie 21stapr2002 
as a Monday when in fact it is a Sunday.

I confirmed this is caused by the timezone setting by 
setting my timezone to 0 and it corrected the problem.
ie the minicalendar displayed correctly.
