phpgroupware-0.9.14

I cannot login with admin or demo password?
I keep getting the login screen page when ever I hit 
the login button?

What I see in the URL when I hit login after my 
username and password have been entered.

URL without cookies enabled:  
http://192.168.0.3/phpgroupware/login.php?
code=5&sessionid=&kp3=&domain=default
URL with cookies enabled:     
http://192.168.0.3/phpgroupware/login.php?code=5

The below is the configuration I have in my 
pg_hba.conf file for postgrsql:

local   all     ident   sameuser 
host   all   127.0.0.1   255.255.255.255   trust

It is not consulting my SQL database for admin access 
as I can enter any random name and password and the
results would still be the same.

I have tried to change various options with the same 
end result.

Any info/guidance is greatly needed and appreciated.
