I have marked this as a feature request for you as none of
these features are currently available, but are bing worked
on for the next release.

If I schedule a calendar event that I will not be
attending, is there any way to edit that event? 

Is there any way to make rejected meetings not be
considered conflicts when scheduling a new meeting?

Is there any way to screen out rejected meetings on the
calendar?

Other than the aswers to these questions, I have been
very impressed with phpGroupware.
