Summary: FROM: and REPLY-TO: options in email
Original Submission: It is sometimes necessary to allow a user to send an
email from a different email-name than that of the account. This could be an
option with a drop-down-list or something. (a field would be sufficient though)
reason: In our (student-)organisation there is an official name and an
not-so-official name for every member of the board. Although internally the
not-so-official name is used for all accounts, for official correspondence
there is an alias with the official name. I'd like it to be possible to allow
them to send official emails with the official email name in de FROM and
REPLY-TO field.
thanx,
Daniel
