It looks like there is not the '?' after
add_question.php.  Is that how it normally looks or
did your email client strip it out?  Also, the long
string at the end is supposed to be urlencoded.  The
error message you're getting is coming from your web
server and not phptest.  Check to see if the ? mark
shows up normally, and if not, let me know.
