Summary:  Submit button in the level editor

Original Submission:  The editor should allow to directly submit the level to 
some central location, be it a CVS repositiory, a anon-ftp site, a mailing list 
or something like that. Care has to be taken to make sure that the levels get 
some kind of version number applied and that there names are uniq:

 LEVELNAME-AUTHOR-DATE.xml 

or something like that.
