Its not the links that got broken, but the files that disappeared,
since both seul.org and dark.x.dtu.dk are now checkouts of the savanna
CVS. Short term solution is to hard code the links to seul.org, long
term solution would be to handle the mirroring of files in the
download-area itself, but that has probally to wait till the redesign.
