I know, the best would be to have a bunch of options in the script
available (strip, clean, rm-source-after-build, etc.). Currently the
script just takes the default values for everything, which is not that
bad if somebody actually wants to send a backtrace. So if anyone wants
to add more compile-time options, checks for already compiled
libraries, etc. just send patches.
