Pingus currently uses nearly all CPU power it can get, so even with a
Athlon 9000 it should still use 98%. On GNU/Linux its the same. Time
for a frame-rate limiter and a few more sleep()'s.

I commited a patch for that yesterday, please check that it does still
compile and if it does it should work.
