bridger still broken and more broken than before

A bridger is currently unable to build a bridge to a stone to his
right or left, as soon as it comes a few pixels near that stone he
will stop building (due to the head collision code), which doesn't
make any sense in that situation, screenshot of such a situation is
attached.
