No need to upload the data, data is available from CVS or via
snapshots from the Clanlib site. If this keeps making you throuble you
should really try scp/rsync and savanna.gnu.org, at least rsync can
continue uploads and is able to upload only differences between two
files if there is already a similar file on the other site.
