First World playable (well, most of it)

The first Pingus world should now be playable, at least the first 15
levels of it, it contains levels which introduce all the actions and
should act basically as a tutorial, extra descriptions for the levels
is currently not available, due to the lack of a start screen, but
will come at a later point. Most of the levels are completly new
designed to fit the theme of the island.
