hurry up/patch

I've been trying to make a level where the time constraint on
the level is important and I noticed that the "hurry-up" code
has been disabled. 

With a little bit of luck, the following patch should revive it.

I'm not exactly sure when "Hurry Up" is supposed to appear - now
it will (begin to) appear 10 seconds before the level ends. I also
changed the speed with which the "Hurry Up" moves over the screen -
it looked much too fast to me (the speed was changing exponentionally,
so the position was changing double exponentially).

Since this is the first serious patch I'm sending, I hope I'm not
doing anything weird here. I had to include a few ".hxx" files to
be able to find out the remaining time.
