Regarding all those translation stuff which goes about the list
recently, are there others who feel like we should create a new
mailinglist for it? I'd see the following topics:

1. Announce changes to the english sources so that translators may add
translations or make corrections.
2. Discussions about translations and the english text (grammar,
alternative wordings, display problems...)
3. Patches ;-)

Especially the first is intended to make it easier to keep the
translations up to date. Not everyone is on the CVS list and even if one
is subscribed, it's hard to recognize the need from the patch sometimes.
