They are native win32 binaries. I use Cygwin to compile my game and all
I distrubute is the exe. It's really a great thing... to get Windows
version of my game, *all* I had to do was copying the sources and doing
make.

If I have some free time soon, I'll try to compile ClanLib and Pingus
with Cygwin, and I'll report here...
