Current status of translations for 0.6.1

Since we're very near to the release (planned for 15.04), it's time to
get the translations up to date:

- cs: 276 translated messages, 10 fuzzy translations, 20 untranslated 
      messages
- es: 301 translated messages, 5 fuzzy translations
- fr: 278 translated messages, 9 fuzzy translations, 19 untranslated 
      messages
- it: 300 translated messages, 5 fuzzy translations, 1 untranslated 
      message
- sr: 301 translated messages, 5 fuzzy translations
- sv: 301 translated messages, 5 fuzzy translations
- tr: 277 translated messages, 10 fuzzy translations, 19 untranslated 
      messages

Languages not mentioned do not exist or are complete. I'd ask everyone
involved to send me a patch to get them complete, if need be I'll
extract the fuzzy/untranslated messages and send them to you.
Just in case this is not yet known to someone with an imperfect
translation: the 0.6.1 release should have full support for iso-8859-1
and iso-8859-2 so if some translations are still missing special chars,
those can be added as well. 

BTW it would also be nice if everyone could update the metadata at the
head of the .po file (last translator, language team).
