[Pingus-Devel] 4 new levels (3 jungleknot theme, 1 slider tutorial)

Hi! I have made a few levels.

The first three levels introduce a new style (I think) which I call
“Jungle Knot”. It uses some rarely used elements from the editor,
namely those green ranks and giant flowers (?).
I guess this style is new, have not seen it being used like this before.

The fourth level is a tutorial level for the slider skill. A tutorial
level for this skill was oddly missing in Tutorial Island.
