[Plash] Autobuilder and support for x86-64 and glibc 2.7

Hi all,

I have set up an autobuild system to build Plash from SVN. The
purpose of this is to build Plash on a variety of releases of
distributions in order to make sure that it continues to build and
that the tests pass. It is also to make it easier to test development
versions without having to build them yourself. (There are some notes
on this at <http://plash.beasts.org/wiki/ContinuousIntegration>.)

I have set the autobuilder initially to upload Debian packages (both
binary and source packages) built on Ubuntu Feisty and Ubuntu Gutsy.
You can install them by adding one of the following lines to your
sources.list file:

  deb http://plash.beasts.org/autobuild/packages ubuntu-feisty/
  deb http://plash.beasts.org/autobuild/packages ubuntu-gutsy/

I can add other distribution releases as targets if people want them.

These repositories include binary packages for both i386 and amd64
architectures (releases to date have only been built on i386).
PlashGlibc is now based on glibc 2.7, the newest release of glibc. I
have been changing how PlashGlibc is built so that it integrates more
closely with glibc's normal build process, which makes it more
portable (see http://plash.beasts.org/wiki/Story6).

The system uploads packages twice a day, which should be more than
frequent enough. It will only upload packages for builds on which all
the tests have passed.

Mark
