[Protux-support] tutorial 0.16.0

Hello,

I wrote a short *german* tutorial to protux 0.16.0, 
mentioning implemented features only. Perhaps you feel, one 
should not propagate Protux (in this early 
development-state) as a tool for radio-journalists. But I 
think, the sooner possibly interested people realize 
Protux, the better.
