Boxplots

I've added boxplots for the EXAMINE command.

So EXAMINE is *nearly* complete.  It's lacking spreadlevel plots and
stemleaf plots, but it's quite useable I think.

Anyway.  I've got a few new responsibilities in 2005, so I won't be
doing quite so many new things for PSPP.  But please report any bugs
in the stuff I've done, and I'll fix them.
