The same files, or very similar, are included with GNU enscript,
GNU R, and many other free software programs, so I am inclined to
say so. At least in the US, it is arguable that they may not
even be copyrightable, because they are a collection of facts
without creative content.
Hmm. It is indeed arguable. I wouldn't want to take the risk however
if they've been included in other projects, then maybe somebody has
already looked into it.
Maybe I should ask on gnu-prog-discuss.
