They have the same syntax as commands.  They start with a keyword
(or * or [) and end with a dot.

There are also comments that start with /* and end with */ or
new-line.  These are handled by the lexer.
"Welcome to the Slippery Slope. Here is your handbasket.
 Say, can you work 70 hours this week?"
