psppire accepting filename as argument

Now that's pspp is working on windows, we need to work on a little
problem that it haves. psppire doesn't accept a filename as argument,
like:
psppire file.sav.

Because of it, we can register .sav files to open automatically on
double click. It isn't really a big issue, but a couple of windows
users already told me that.

Is that a hard thing to do?
