     All the results say "ok", but the extra output between the "ok"
     lines makes me wonder whether there were some undiagnosed
     problems.  Are these the expected results?

This is expected.  The warnings about missing values are because some
of the tests are indeed testing for correct behaviour when there are
missing values involved.
