I noticed that the template at translationproject.org is some months behind.
Is it now a good time to update it?
In general yes, it is always a good time to update. :-) But as PSPP uses a new version number for every new upload to the translation robot you can't submit to much templates. I think in this situation it is better to wait until psppsheet is integrated and these new/changed strings can be translated to
