Thanks.  I added it.

At one time I think that you were working on a dialog box to set user
preferences.  This might be a good user preference to add: a way to
override the system locale to set the interface language.  (I think that
it would require restarting PSPP to take effect, because it looks like
GTK+ doesn't support changing the interface language midstream.)
