thanks for looking into the gtk3 build. I cherry-picked a patch regarding scatterplot from master to gtk3, so maybe

you could give that one a try.

When you look in the testsuite.dir/0481/testsuite.log you find the pspp command with args. Here:

./graph.at:78: pspp -O format=pdf scatterlong.sps

The file scatterlong.sps is inside the testsuite.dir/0481 directory. You  the build directory:

./libtool --mode=execute gdb --args ./src/ui/terminal/pspp -O format=pdf ./tests/testsuite.dir/0481/scatterlong.sps
