I just released the first build for MSWindows which uses GTK3.
For this build also all the sources of the binary packages which result in the used *.dll's are published.
As far as I understand this release now complies with even the most extended interpretation of the GPL3 license.
As mentioned before also a debug package version, including GDB, is published.
